Reporting Continuing Education Credits

Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) can be submitted anytime through the Online Certification Center for all certifications (PCH, PCH Associate, SLC, PCH-SLC). Every certified professional receives a website login to track their certification status and report CEUs.


How to Report CEUs

  • Submit CEUs online at your convenience. 
  • Ensure your credits are reported correctly (journal entries.) See below.
  • Keep documentation of attendance; acceptable proof is listed in the CEU guidelines.

If you don't have an email address, you may continue using the Continuing Education Unit Reporting Form. Complete all required fields and include necessary documentation.

Maintaining Your Certification

Missing required CEUs or failing to pay the recertification fee may result in certification revocation. You will be contacted if there are any questions about your submission.
