If you are the primary contact for your company you have 2 login credentials; one for your individual record and one for the company record. This is necessary because the company profile is different than your personal profile.
- If you want to receive your Company Record login credentials enter the general email address you use for your company, e.g. email@example.com
- If you want to receive your Individual Record login credentials enter your personal email address at your place of business.
If the email address you entered matches an email address on file in our records, your username will be emailed to you with a link to reset your password.
If you do not receive an email within 15 minutes, first check your SPAM folder; this could be treated as SPAM according to your SPAM blocker software settings. If it is not in your SPAM folder, contact the PLNA office at 717.238.1673. We will be happy to help you.
Upon submitting a valid username or email address, an email will be sent to the address associated with your profile. The email will contain a link back to our website which will allow you to reset your password.
You may need to check your email program's SPAM filter as this "Reset Password" email may be treated as SPAM.
Password reset email links expire after 24 hours.
