In celebration of the 2nd Annual Pennsylvania Native Species Day, PLNA Member North Creek Nurseries welcomed PLNA leadership and representatives from the Governor's Invasive Species Council, PA Department of Agriculture, Office of Water Programs, PA Department of Environmental Protection, PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, PennDOT, and the PA Game Commission. Dialogue and a tour of the native plant nursery focused on the importance of promoting the protection of native species and utilization of native plant species in public and private landscapes.
